Meet the Teachers
Marissa Montefreddi - Once working in a 9-5 career, Marissa chose to leave it behind to focus on her own personal yoga practice, without the intention of becoming a yoga teacher. Immediately after receiving her 200 RYT she began teaching, wanting to bring the peace and clarity she felt from her yoga practice to others. A few years later she went on to receive her 500 RYT through Sri Dharma Mitra, her practice and teachings then began to evolve into a deeper more spiritual practice. She is forever grateful to share Sri Dharma Mittra's physical and spiritual teachings with others. "Everything is perfect, that is the beauty of yoga; to bring our conciousness to this level." Sri Dharma Mittra
